2. Membership and Registration

 

2.1. Membership Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals 18 years or older. Minors aged 13-17 may participate with parental consent and supervision.

2.2. Registration: Members and visitors must register online or in person before using the facilities.

2.3. Payment Terms: All memberships, event registrations, and session fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

2.4. Account Responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

 

3. Facility Usage

 

3.1. Code of Conduct: All members and visitors must treat staff, other players, and property with respect. Behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe may result in removal or suspension from the club.

3.2. Reservations and Cancellations: Court time and events must be booked in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.

3.3. Attire and Equipment: Proper athletic attire and court-appropriate footwear are required at all times. Members must bring their own paddles, though rental equipment may be available.

3.4. Liability Waiver: Members and visitors acknowledge that participation in pickleball activities involves inherent risks. By using the facilities, you agree to hold ONE+ Pickleball Club harmless for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.

 

4. Events and Programming

 

4.1. Event Registration: Participation in events, clinics, and tournaments requires pre-registration and payment. Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2. Refunds and Rescheduling: Refunds for events are subject to the specific terms outlined during registration.

4.3. Pro Coaching: Coaching sessions provided by professionals are subject to separate terms and conditions, including cancellation policies.

 

5. Website and Online Services

 

5.1. Content Ownership: All content on the ONE+ Pickleball Club website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by ONE+ Pickleball Club and may not be used without permission.

5.2. Prohibited Activities: Users may not upload malicious software, engage in unlawful activities, or use the website for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5.3. Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all information posted online, we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or up-to-date.

 

6. Privacy Policy
